Vertical Property Card (Maharashtra)

⟡ The "vertical property card" initiative in Maharashtra was formally proposed in 2019, but has only recently been advanced for implementation. As of late 2025, the state government has formed a committee to draft the rules, and a full rollout is expected by 2026.
